Waltrip Remembers: Community Ofrenda

Help us create a beautiful ofrenda to honor loved ones for Día de los Muertos / Día de los Difuntos / Día de los Angelitos / All Saints Day!
Students, staff, and families are invited to add names, photos, or items to our community ofrenda near the PTO School Store & Auditorium.
Join us Wednesday during lunch to make paper flowers in the cafeteria — everyone’s welcome!
Students can also volunteer after school (4:15–6 p.m.) to help decorate the ofrenda.
The ofrenda will be on display Oct. 29 – Nov. 3.
Come celebrate and remember with our Waltrip community.

- Monday: Wear Red – “Life Is a Puzzle, Solve It Drug Free”
- Tuesday: Team Jersey/School Spirit – “Team Up Against Drugs”
- Wednesday: Career Day – “Your Future is the Final Picture”
- Thursday: Mismatched Clothes – “Fit the Right Piece: Say No to Drugs”
- Friday: Puzzle or Bright Colors – “Put It All Together: We’re Drug-Free!”
Together, we can make a difference and build a strong, healthy school community.
Campus Cleanup: Rescheduled for 11/15

Please bring garden gloves, pruning shears and rubber gloves if you have them!
The Waltrip PTO will provide snacks and water for all volunteers.
