Jazz on 34th socials are a great way to build connections within our Waltrip community while also supporting our school.
Socials are organized by Waltrip parents and community members, and offer a variety of activities that make it easy to meet new faces and create memorable experiences. Originally launched at Jazz on 34th, some socials still have open spots …like the Shepherd Park Plaza Holiday Hayride coming up on December 13th.

Girls Lacrosse Meeting Today
All are welcome to join an interest meeting today to learn more about girls lacrosse coming to Waltrip. The meeting will take place in the Waltrip cafeteria at 4:30pm.
No experience is needed and all grade levels are welcome. See you there!
Soccer Spirit Wear Sale
Support Waltrip soccer and show your ram pride by purchasing WHS soccer merch. A variety of t-shirts and hoodies are available. Orders must be placed by December 10th.
Fall Dance Show
Waltrip Dance is excited to present their fall show, “Curtain Call: A Tribute to Musicals,” on Friday, December 6th. The Waltrip Rambling Roses Dance Team will take the stage alongside Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced dance students, plus a special guest performance by the Waltrip Rosebuds!

RAMbotics Did it Again!
Congrats to the team for another standout performance at BEST Robotics, earning 2nd Place Robot and 2nd Place BEST Award—a combo strong enough to advance them to UIL State in the Large School Division.
The BEST Award is the program’s top honor. It doesn’t just look at how well the robot performs on the field. It recognizes the whole engineering effort—robot design, coding, documentation, team presentation, marketing, outreach, and how effectively students connect STEM to their school and community. Winning (or placing highly) means the judges saw excellence across every part of the program.
RAMbotics is proving once again that they’re not just building competitive machines—they’re building a powerhouse program.

Lady Rams Soccer Holiday Toy Drive
The Lady Rams soccer team invites you to participate in their holiday toy drive by bringing a new, unwrapped toy to Room 1107 by December 15th.

Campus Cleanup Day
The Lady Rams Athletic Booster Club is hosting a fundraising auction to support our soccer program. All proceeds will go directly toward tournament costs, essential equipment, and transportation expenses for our talented Lady Ram Soccer team.
Bidding is easy, and payment options are flexible—pay digitally via Zelle or with cash. Once payment is received, you can coordinate prize pickup with the Lady Rams Athletic Booster Club, or receive digital prizes via email when applicable.
