HOCO Tailgate Ram Fest

Please sign up and join us for the upcoming HOCO Tailgate Ram Fest! To help the event run smoothly and ensure a successful fundraiser for everyone, please review the guidelines below before signing up.

Items & Sales

Each organization may sign up to sell up to 3 items.
Please review the current list of items at the bottom of this page. If an item is already listed, offer something different to help maximize fundraising opportunities for everyone.
We value the traditions our organizations have built at Waltrip High School. Some groups sell the same items at each Ram Fest. Please avoid signing up for an item another organization has traditionally sold, even if it isn’t on the current list yet.
If your item overlaps with another organization’s, we may contact you to choose something different.
Grab-and-go items (sodas, water, chips, candy, and other packaged snacks) are considered open items and may be sold by multiple groups.

Space & Placement

Spaces are not reserved for individual groups and may rotate throughout the year.
All vendors will be set up in the student parking lot. Please make sure to bring a canopy.
Placement is determined based on electrical needs.

Tables & Setup

The PTO provides up to 2 tables and tablecloths per organization.
Additional tables must be provided by your group.
Please limit setups to a maximum of 3 tables.
The PTO will provide a themed sign displaying your organization’s items and pricing.

Clean-Up

Clean your area completely.
Remove boxes, bag trash, and fold tables.
Dumpsters are located on the north side of the property.

Social Media Promotion

We want to promote your fundraiser! If you would like the PTO to feature your fundraising flyer on social media, please email it to communications@waltriphspto.org by October 19th.

Fundraising Paperwork

Please remember to submit all required fundraising paperwork to Ms. Roberts before the event so your fundraiser can be approved and processed.

Participation & Guidelines

Please help us keep Ram Fests running smoothly and fairly for everyone by following the guidelines above. Repeated or significant issues may be taken into consideration when reviewing participation, placement, or setup requests for future Ram Fests.

Check the current item list and avoid items another organization traditionally sells. We may ask you to change an item if there’s an overlap.
Grab-and-go items (sodas, water, chips, candy, and other packaged snacks) are considered open items and may be sold by multiple groups.

Click the minus button to remove an item.
Do not list multiple items on the same line.
Limit 3 items per organization.
