One Love Ram Fest

Please sign up and join us for the upcoming One Love Ram Fest! To help the event run smoothly and ensure a successful fundraiser for everyone, please review the guidelines below before signing up.

If you have already signed up and need to change or cancel, please contact vp.enrichment@waltriphspto.org.

Items & Sales

• Each organization may sign up to sell up to 3 items.
• Grab-and-go items (sodas, water, chips, candy, etc.) are considered open items and may be sold by multiple groups.
• Please review the current list of items at the bottom of this page. If a similar item is already listed, we encourage groups to consider offering something different to help maximize fundraising opportunities for everyone.

Space & Placement

• Spaces are not reserved for individual groups and may rotate throughout the year.
• Patio space is very limited, and we cannot guarantee placement under or near the covered area.
• Placement is determined based on items being sold and electrical needs.
• We will notify you of your location in advance so you can plan accordingly.
• If placed in the grass, you may want to bring a canopy for shade.

Tables & Setup

• PTO provides up to 2 tables and 2 plastic tablecloths per organization.
• Additional tables must be provided by your group.
• Please limit setups to a maximum of 3 tables

Clean-Up

• Clean your area completely.
• Remove boxes, bag trash, and fold tables.
• Dumpsters are located on the north side of the property.

Social Media Promotion

If you would like the PTO to feature your fundraising flyer on social media, please email it to vp.enrichment@waltriphspto.org by April 24th.

Fundraising Paperwork

Please remember to submit all required fundraising paperwork to school administration before the event so your fundraiser can be approved and processed.
