The Waltrip Ram Band is preparing for an incredible opportunity to perform at the Allstate Sugar Bowl Parade in New Orleans on New Year’s Eve! This exciting trip is a huge honor, but they need your help to make it happen. The Waltrip Ram Band Booster Club is raising funds to make sure our entire band gets to go, and your support is crucial in getting our talented Rams to the Big Easy. Get your tickets now for the upcoming Waltrip PTO fundraiser, Jazz on 34th, featuring our very own Waltrip Ram Band Jazz Bands! This year’s event will be held on Thursday, November 7th, from 6 – 9pm, just across the street from Waltrip at Trees for Houston. Tickets are $75 and will include two drink tickets and  a complimentary cheese and charcuterie station.  Food trucks will be on-site for additional purchase. Proceeds benefit all students and classrooms at Waltrip High School!

October is College, Career, and Military Readiness Month and Waltrip is hosting it’s College Career and Military Fair on October 7th from 6 – 8pm in the cafeteria.  Families are invited to attend to learn about opportunities after high school.   The fair will feature representatives from colleges, career industry partners, and military branches.

All Senior Parents are invited to attend our first Senior Meeting of the year! Join us on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 6pm in the Waltrip High School library. This is a great opportunity to stay informed about senior year activities and key dates. We look forward to seeing you there!

Get your Waltrip Gear online here! The Waltrip High School PTO store is also open on campus during lunch for students and staff, offering a variety of snacks as well as Waltrip shirts and apparel. If you’re VIPS approved, please support us by signing up for a slot to help staff the store in our new and improved central location!

Waltrip Parent Social Night was a hit! We loved meeting so many amazing people and connecting with our Ram Nation community. We can’t wait to do it again soon!
